SHIPPING:
All printed products (aside from originals) are produced externally by professional printers, shipping is managed by them, with quick turnarounds. My fabric products are produced in the UK by a small business in the East of England. Therefor there may be some delays in production.

VOUCHERS:

Gift vouchers must be redeemed within one year of receipt.

RETURNS:
Every order, commission and sale is handled with extreme care. My goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. All sales are final except in certain situations.

Please take the time to read descriptions carefully. If you are concerned about colour variations, please check on multiple screens. I try my best to represent the colours and tones in my work honestly and clearly.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note the following:

Jane Fairgrieve retains all rights to all artwork, even those of sold & commissioned original paintings.
Jane Fairgrieve retains the right to make reproductions of any artwork created unless the customer has purchased the full rights to the artwork (this is in addition to simply purchasing the original piece).
The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without prior permission from the artist.
The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist's written permission.

Your privacy is something that I take very seriously. Any information you provide to me is held in strict confidence unless you give me permission to share it. I will not sell or rent your information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes. If you signup for my newsletter you are agreeing to receive updates and marketing emails from me only.
